Shipping policy

At Cotton Basic, we value each and every single customer. As customer satisfaction is always our top priority, we offer various shipping options to suit every customer. Our options range from postal shipping (standard and medium speed) to expedited shipping (fast delivery).

Time frame on standard shipping on US domestic orders 7-15 days from date of purchase;  Some orders will take only 6-8 days to reach you, you will find the shipping option when checkout.

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Business days are Monday – Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or delivered on Holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Shipment Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once you order has shipped containing your Tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Order Tracking is available online.  Enter your order number from your email and find out when your order is expected to arrive.
